- Domains, aliases, forwarding destinations, and DNS verification status
- Subscription, provider customer identifiers, payment status, and receipts, but not complete card numbers
- IP address, device and browser details, security events, request logs, and essential cookie identifiers
- Email routing metadata needed to receive, queue, forward, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate users, operate forwarding, verify domains, provide support, process payments, prevent misuse, improve reliability, meet legal duties, and communicate important service changes.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information for as long as the account is active, as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal requirements. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You can also cancel a subscription and close an account.
