Your responsibility

You are responsible for domains, aliases, destination addresses, and traffic associated with your account. Use the service only for lawful communication and legitimate addresses on domains you control.

Prohibited activity

You may not use the service to support spam, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, impersonation, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.

Forwarding and recipient rules

Do not forward to recipients without a legitimate reason, create loops, evade sender or recipient blocks, conceal abusive sources, or use aliases at scale to manipulate promotions, voting, account creation, or identity checks.

Fair use and system protection

Unlimited means no fixed product count for normal human and business use. It does not allow traffic that threatens capacity, delivery reputation, security, or other users. We may apply reasonable rate, size, recipient, or traffic controls to protect the service.

Enforcement

We may investigate, throttle, quarantine, reject, suspend, or terminate activity that creates risk or violates these rules. Severe abuse may be acted on without advance notice. We may preserve and disclose records where required by law.

Send abuse reports with the affected address, domain, timestamps, and relevant message headers to support@easymailforward.com. Do not send account passwords or complete payment information.
